DISCUSSION
The meeting started with Ms. Yvette Kayle Mariano as the facilitator. The objective of the meeting is to create a hypothesis based on desirability, viability, and feasibility.
The first thing that the group did was to give a part for each of the members to discuss or to give their opinions to. It required critical thinking for each of the members to form a hypothesis about each part of the business model canvas, the good thing is that Ma’am Sotto provided a lecture about forming a hypothesis which made the discussion much easier and it gave the members ideas to talk about.

CONCLUSION
For Desirability:
1. Customer Profile – We believe that our customers will patron the services we offer because we take into consideration their gains and pains.
2. Value Map – We believe that our construction and maintenance and repair services would create customer gains and reduces customer pains.
3. Customer Segments – We believe that we have chosen the right customers to patron our services to ensure the growth of our business in the future.
4.Value Proposition – We believe that our value propositions are in accordance with our customer segments in summarizing their jobs, pains, and gains in order to deliver the company’s value statement.
5.Channels – We believe that we have selected the appropriate channel to reach our customer target. Furthermore, we have ensured that this is convenient for both parties.
6. Customer Relationship – We believe that our types of customer relationship are parallel to our value proposition to develop assistance and long-term relationship with our customers.
For Feasibility:
1. Key Activities - we believe that we secure the customer needs and satisfaction, by constantly ensuring that problems are solved, and the quality of materials needed to their needs are in good condition and adapting to new designs that is innovative.
2. Key Resources - we believe that our company will thrive and surpass its potential. We make certain that we build relationship to our customer, builders, and supplier for a long term. Constantly bringing new ideas to advertise the services offered and maintaining all established relationship, Including the money to fuel the company's needs.
3. Key Partners - we believe that raising and continuously acknowledging our customers and builder’s needs, is the key success for a healthy relationship of both parties to ensure and continuously provide a good service.
For Viability:
1. Revenue Streams - we believe that our customers are willing to pay an amount that is fair enough to what our services offer. Thus, we expect that we can produce enough revenue towards our business.
2. Cost Structure - We believe that we can manage and responsibly distribute the money generated by our business in order to secure future growth.
3. Profit - We believe that by providing great service that meets the demands of our consumers, we will be able to generate a profit.
