A. Answer the following questions and put it in your blog site.

1. What Key Activities do our Value Propositions require?

2. Our Distribution Channels?

3. Customer Relationships?

4. Revenue streams?


DISCUSSION

Identifying the key activities for the Value Propositions, Distribution Channels, Customer Relationships and Revenue Streams was the objective for this meeting and was ushered by Mr. Epifanio T. Olasiman III. A link was send to the group chat containing the types of key activities and the members absorbed the meaning of each type in order to understand it fully and to be able to answer the questions.

There are three types of key activities which are Production, Problem Solving and Platform or Network. These types were then distributed to the following questions above in which they are appropriate. Each of the members expressed their ideas and reached for the final decision. Production is appropriate for the value propositions. Platform or network is applicable for the distributions channels. Problem solving is best for customer relationships. And for the revenue streams are also production.


CONCLUSION

1. What Key Activities do our Value Propositions require?

The key activity required for the value proposition is the production. Just like in the activity 7, since this is a repair company, designing of construction services and delivery of products are the purposes of this business. And these purposes are under the production.


2. Our Distribution Channels?

The distribution channels require a platform or network type of activity. To advertise the product and services of the business, a platform is necessary for easier promotion. For this business, social media platform works best since it is already a digital world.


3. Customer Relationships?

Customer relationships require problem solving. Under the problem solving is finding solutions to the individual problems of the homeowners and consumers. The consultation and communication between the business owners and its customers lies in the problem solving. This will help in the longevity of the customer relationship.


4. Revenue streams?

The revenue streams also require production key activity. Since manufacturing of goods is under the production, it is applicable for the revenue streams because the revenue streams will also serve as the financial in order to produce the same goods regularly.
