Steps:
1. Open Article 1 "How to fill in the Business Model Canvas" & Watch Video 1, see in that playlist, the 2nd video which is Customer Segment.
2. Follow step 1 in Article 1: Name the purpose of your business.
3. Follow step 2 in Article 1 : Do the Customer Segment only, click the link there on "Customer Segment Box" and "Helpful Descriptors"
4. Identify your customer/s Segment. If you have 2 or more customer segments. Identify the type of that customer segment (Customer/Beneficiary/End user). It could be the same type of people or it can be three different people. Is the Market Multi-sided?
5. Describe your customer/s (their Persona) using their demographics and psychographics.
after a long discussion and critical thinking, Our group came up with a final decision in regards with....
DISCUSSION
After the brainstorming of the group last week, the group decided to do Olasiman’s problem and solution which is to create an app that will combine other apps like Grab, Grad Food, JoyRide and Angkas. At first, the group was contemplating whether to add Grab Food in the list of apps that should be added since the focus was about transportation network companies, but Grad Food is under Grab so it was decided that Grad Food should be included.
Now that the kind of business was resolved, the next was the purpose. Everyone in the group shared their own opinion about what will be the benefits of the business, what is it for, who is it for and what will be achieved in this kind of business. All of the opinions lead to the customer’s satisfactions and convenience and competitive different business services.
The last is the customer segments. The group talked about who are their target audiences and who will be beneficial to the said project. What is their background? Age? Status in Life? Lifestyle? At the end, the group reached 3 audiences which are drivers, passengers and consumers.
NAMING THE PURPOSE OF THE BUSINESS
The purpose of creating a joint app is to provide better user’s convenience so they do not need to download more applications since they can access it all into one applications and to give more competitive service offerings to the commuter and consumers.

CUSTOMER SEGMENT

· Consumers (Customer/End User) – people who will order food online and delivery and the one who will pay the money and experience the app’s services.
· Passengers (Customer/ End User) – people who will book cars or motors for transportation and just like the consumers, who will spend money and experience the app’s services.
· Drivers (Beneficiary) – people who will benefit the most from these services since it will offer them a job and an income.
DEMOGRAPHIC OF THE USERS/ CUSTOMERS
This app/ business offers its full usability to all sex. Customers whose above 18 years old but not greater than 40 years old. Drivers with Professional License and part of any Delivery and Transportation company here in Philippines.
PSYCHOGRAPHICS OF THE USERS/ CUSTOMERS
This app offers its full potential for those drivers who cant reach its quota per day in accordance with delivery and transporting commuters.
also, for those customers stressing out on constant changing of app for better service/s.
