DISCUSSION
The objective of the meeting was to identify the key resources of the following: Value Propositions, Distribution Channels, Customer Relationships and Revenue Streams, and was spearheaded by Ms. Eden Eve V. Delfin. The group members searched about how many types of key resources there are and what are their definitions. There are four types of key resources namely Physical, Intellectual, Human and Financial.
After perceiving the four types of key resources, it was then distributed to the four questions mentioned above. Everyone shared their opinions of what kind of resources fit the business to be able to answer the questions. Physical and human resources are applicable for the value propositions. Human resources are appropriate for the distribution channels. Intellectual and human resources are best for customer relationships. Lastly for the revenue streams are financial resources.
CONCLUSION
1. What Key Resources do our Value Propositions require?
The value proposition requires physical and human resources. This is a repair company and a repair company needs to have tangible goods which include the raw materials, equipments and tools to be able to carry its purpose and the reason why it is necessary to have physical resources. Of course, human resources are also a must because who will use the tangible goods and who will repair the things that the homeowners will ask to fix.
2. Our Distribution Channels?
The distribution channels require human resources. Distribution channel is all about the promotion of the business with the use of social media and door to door distribution of brochure. To be able to promote the business, humans are necessary because they will be responsible for the distribution and creation of websites and pages of other social media platforms for marketing strategy.
3. Customer Relationships?
Customer relationships require intellectual and human resources. Why it needs intellectual resources? Because under these resources include the customer knowledge and customer database. It needs to have a strategy in order to maintain the relationships with the homeowners and consumers, as well as the part-time construction workers. The job of the human resources is to be the thinker of what kind of strategy is significant to prolong and improve customer relationships.
4. Revenue Streams?
Revenue streams require financial resources. The capital is the driving force of the business. To be able to start a business, capital is the most important thing because it is the reason of initiating operations and producing products and service. Loan is a way for financial resources.
